10. Tóm tắt các kết qủa mới cùa luận án:                                             

Luận án đã xây dựng được khái niệm "diễn văn chính trị" và "diễn văn chính trị tiếng Việt";

Luận án xác lập được bốn nhóm biểu thức từ ngữ xưng hô phổ biến mang dấu ấn quyền lực cá nhân và quyền lực tập thể thực hiện chức năng tác động trong diễn văn chính trị tiếng Việt.

Luận án đã nhận diện và phân tích lợi thế của ba nhóm lập luận khi tham gia thực hiện chức năng tác động trong diễn văn chính trị tiếng Việt gồm: lập luận đơn, lập luận phức; lập luận đồng hướng, lập luận nghịch hướng và lập luận tường minh, lập luận hàm ẩn. Việc sử dụng loại lập luận tuỳ thuộc vào trình độ nhận thức của người nghe, nội dung vấn đề và hoàn cảnh giao tiếp. Lập luận của diễn văn là vũ khí sắc bén để thuyết phục người nghe.

Luận án cũng đã chỉ ra đóng góp của ẩn dụ tu từ và lặp trong diễn văn chính trị tiếng Việt khi tác động vào người nghe nhằm tăng cường giá trị thẩm mỹ, giá trị biểu cảm, giá trị thông tin cho diễn văn chính trị tiếng Việt và tạo dấu ấn cá nhân cho chính khách.

Luận án đã đưa ra một vài đề xuất đối với người viết diễn văn chính trị tiếng Việt trong việc chọn lựa, sử dụng từ ngữ xưng hô, lập luận, phương tiện và biện pháp tu từ sao cho có sức tác động mạnh mẽ nhất đến người tiếp nhận diễn văn.

11. Khả năng ứng dụng trong thực tiễn:

Luận án là một công trình nghiên cứu ngôn ngữ học, kết quả nghiên cứu của luận án có thể góp phần xây dựng cơ sở lý thuyết cho môn học “Nghệ thuật phát biểu miệng”, môn “Các thể loại phát biểu miệng", môn "Kỹ năng giao tiếp chính trị", "Giao tiếp và đàm phán trong quan hệ quốc tế", "Kỹ năng lãnh đạo quản lý" của ngành Chính trị học và Báo chí truyền thông tại Học viện Báo chí và Tuyên truyền. Kết quả nghiên cứu của luận án cũng có thể là tài liệu tham khảo cho các chính khách hoặc những ai mà công việc đòi hỏi phải diễn thuyết trước công chúng; cho những ai có quan tâm đến diễn văn chính trị.

Nghiên cứu về tình thái hay hành động ngôn từ, tác tử và kết tử lập luận trong diễn văn chính trị tiếng Việt; nghiên cứu chức năng tác động ở dạng diễn ngôn nói; đối chiếu diễn văn chính trị tiếng Việt với diễn văn chính trị thuộc các ngôn ngữ khác trên thế giới.

10. Summary of the new findings of the thesis:

10.1. The thesis has developed the concept of "political speeches" and "Vietnamese political speeches";

10.2. The thesis established four groups of address expressions common words marked personal power and authority to perform the conative function of Vietnamese political speeches.

10.3. Thesis was to identify and analyze the advantages of the three participating groups argued in performing the impact of Vietnamese political speeches including single argument, complex reasoning; arguments co-direction, argued against explicit instruction and argument, the argument implies. The use of arguments depending on the level of awareness of the audience, content and context problems communicating. Speech argument is sharp weapon to convince the listener;

10.4. The thesis also pointed out the contribution of metaphorical rhetoric and political speeches repeat the Vietnamese as the impact on listeners to enhance the aesthetic value, the value of expression, the value of information for political speeches Vietnamese and create a personal touch for politicians.

10.5. The thesis gave a few suggestions to the author of the Vietnamese political speeches in the selection and use of terms of address, argued, means and measures so that health practitioners from a strong impact most speech to recipients.                                                                  

11. Practical applicability, if any:

The thesis is a study of linguistics, not study political science or communications. However, the research results of the thesis can contribute to building the theoretical basis for some courses at Journalism at Academy of Journalism and communication, such as: "Public speaking",  "Political Communication skills", "Communication and negotiation in international relations", "Management and leadership skills", ... The results of the thesis also be references to politicians or those whose job requires public speaking; for those who are interested in political speeches.                                               

12. Further research directions, if any:

The research results of the thesis might suggest some content for future research projects. To learn the power is realized in political speeches can survey the modality or speech arts. Should take an interest in operators and logical connectives in political discourse Vietnamese. Political speech has a major role in political life should be outside the research function in the form of discursive effects write longer need to conduct research in the form of discursive said to be able to assess the impact on recipients. To have a look comparisons, reference should conduct Vietnamese political speeches with political speeches of other languages in the world.
