The University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi, is holding a training course for lecturers on the subject of Ho Chi Minh Thought (Course V, 2010).

The University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi, is holding a training course for lecturers on the subject of Ho Chi Minh Thought (Course V, 2010).

1. Subject

- Lecturers teaching the subject of Ho Chi Minh Thought at universities, colleges, vocational high schools, and vocational training centers.

- University students who have graduated (or will graduate in 2010) in social sciences and humanities.

2. Curriculum

Total duration: 35 TC (attached to this Notice), is allocated as follows:

- Core course: 18 credits.

- Supplementary courses: 12 credits.

- Extracurricular activities and assessment of learning outcomes: 5 credits.

3. Time, location, and format of study

3.1. Time4 months, from April to July 2010.

3.2. Study Locationat the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, 336 Nguyen Trai Street, Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi.

3.3. Learning Methods:

- Class schedule: A detailed plan will be provided when the class begins.

- Study the materials independently following the instructions.

- Develop lesson plans and organize other extracurricular activities.

4. Teaching staff

Professors, associate professors, doctors, and experts researching Ho Chi Minh's ideology from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics and Public Administration, and other central and Hanoi-based agencies.

5. Documentation procedures

5.1. Students must submit the following documents to register for the course:

- A certified copy of your university diploma;

- A certified copy of your university transcript;

- Official letter from the managing agency authorizing the student to attend the course (if applicable);

Specifically, students who graduated in 2010 need confirmation from their training institution; upon completion of the course, students must submit copies of their university diploma and transcript to be eligible to receive the Certificate.
