The University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi opened a training course for lecturers on Ho Chi Minh Thought (course V, 2010).

The University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi opened a training course for lecturers on Ho Chi Minh Thought (course V, 2010).

1. Object

- Lecturer teaching Ho Chi Minh Thought subject at universities, colleges, professional and vocational high schools.

- University students who have graduated (or will graduate in 2010) in social sciences and humanities.

2. Curriculum

Total duration 35 credits (attached to this Notice), is allocated as follows:

- Basic course: 18 credits.

- Supplementary courses: 12 credits.

- Extracurricular activities and assessment of learning outcomes: 05 credits.

3. Time, place and form of study

3.1. Time: 04 months, from April to July 2010.

3.2. Study location: at University of Social Sciences and Humanities, No. 336, Nguyen Trai, Thanh Xuan, Hanoi.

3.3. Learning form:

- Class: there will be a specific plan when class starts.

- Self-study documents according to instructions.

- Develop lesson outlines and conduct other extracurricular activities

4. Teaching staff

Professors, associate professors, doctors, experts in Ho Chi Minh's ideology research from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics and Public Administration and other agencies in the Central and Hanoi.

5. Document procedures

5.1. Students submit application documents including:

- Copy of University Diploma (notarized);

- Copy of university transcript (notarized);

- Official dispatch to study from the management agency (if any);

- Application form (according tosample attached to this notice).

Students graduating in 2010 must have confirmation from the training institution; upon completion of the course, students must submit a copy of their diploma and university transcript to be eligible to receive the Certificate.
