Those holding a regular university degree in Philosophy, History, International Studies, Political Education (Civic Education), Management Science (Social Management), Journalism, Party and State Administration, Law, Sociology, Political Economy, or Foreign Economics.

3. Certificates

Students who complete the program will be awarded a Certificate of Advanced Knowledge to be eligible to take the postgraduate entrance exam in Political Science at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities - Vietnam National University, Hanoi.
