11. Summary of the new findings of the thesis:

(1) Based on systematizing theoretical studies on needs, employment, and employment needs, the thesis has built the concept of employment needs of people after drug rehabilitation and the manifestations of employment needs of people after drug rehabilitation through: awareness; mood; action, with three evaluation criteria: high, medium, low.

(2) By combining the use of different methods, the thesis has shown the reality of employment needs of people after drug rehabilitation; subjective and objective factors affecting employment needs of people after drug rehabilitation.

(3) The thesis proposed several psychological and educational measures and recommendations to improve the employment needs of people after drug rehabilitation.

The research findings of this thesis serve as a reference for management agencies, social organizations, researchers, lecturers, students, and postgraduate students at universities studying the needs and employment requirements of people recovering from drug addiction.

(1) Based on systematizing rationale about the need, career, the employment need, the thesis has set the employment need definition of drug people after treatment and its expression such as: cognition, faith; action with three levels, from low to medium and high.

(2) Through combining multi methods, the thesis has expressed the reality of the employment need of drug people after treatment; subjective and objective factors effect to the employment need of drug people after treatment.

(3) Dissertation recommends some solutions, recommendations in order to handle the issues of the employment need of drug people after treatment.
