- Thesis: “Human resource development "High quality of fire prevention and firefighting police in Vietnam today"The research was conducted on the methodology of dialectical materialism and historical materialism; employing research methods such as: analysis, synthesis, summarization of practice, combination of logic and history, comparison, contrast, history and logic, statistics, sociological survey, systematization, information gathering, textual studies, etc.

- Based on the research results, the thesis presents a concept of developing high-quality human resources for fire prevention and fighting police and analyzes the role of developing high-quality human resources for fire prevention and fighting police in Vietnam in the process of promoting industrialization and modernization associated with globalization and international integration of our country today.

- The thesis has objectively and scientifically assessed the current state of development of high-quality human resources for fire prevention and fighting police in Vietnam over the past years.

- This thesis proposes key viewpoints and fundamental solutions to promote the development of high-quality human resources for fire prevention and fighting police in Vietnam today.

11. Practical applications:

The results of this thesis will contribute to providing scientific arguments for all levels, sectors, and forces of the People's Public Security, especially for the fire and rescue police, to formulate projects, strategies, and policies for developing high-quality human resources, and for developing high-quality human resources for the fire and rescue police to meet the requirements of the country in the period of reform.

In the coming years, developing high-quality human resources in general, and developing high-quality human resources for the fire prevention and fighting police force in particular, will remain an urgent requirement and an inevitable trend for our country.

- Thesis: “Development of high-quality human resources for fire prevention & fighting police in Vietnam at present”is conducted on the basis of the methodology of dialectical materialism and historical materialism; it is used research methodologies such as: analysis, synthesis, practical summary, logic and history combination, comparison, contrast, history and logic, statistics, sociological investigation, systematization, gathering information, document studies, etc.

- From research results, thesis has introduced the concept of development of high-quality human resources for fire prevention & fighting police and analyzed the role of development of high-quality human resources for fire prevention & fighting police in Vietnam in the process of promoting industrialization, modernization associated with globalization and international integration in our country at present.

This thesis has focused on researching on human resources for fire prevention & fightingpolice, human resources for fire prevention & fightingcivil defense, fire prevention & fighting force inbasic level,specialistfire prevention & fighting force who has not been researched. Simultaneously, fire prevention & fighting police force and high-quality human resources for fire prevention & fighting police have been allocated the rescue and salvage function by Party and State in localities throughout the country and in some fields. Therefore, in the coming time, the research on this issue must be added thecivil defenseforce fire prevention & fighting force inbasic level, specialistfire prevention & fighting force and therescue and rentingissues with the comparison, contrast, applying the content, standards and management, use methods, education and training works for high-quality human resources for fire prevention & fighting, rescue and salvage of some countries in the world and Vietnam.
