- Thesis: “Human resource development High quality fire prevention and fighting police in Vietnam today"The research is conducted on the basis of the methodology of dialectical materialism and historical materialism; using research methods such as: analysis, synthesis, practical summary, logical-historical combination, comparison, contrast, history and logic, statistics, sociological investigation, systematization, information collection, textual studies, etc.

- From the research results, the thesis presents the concept of developing high-quality human resources for fire prevention and fighting police and analyzes the role of developing high-quality human resources for fire prevention and fighting police in Vietnam in the process of promoting industrialization and modernization associated with globalization and international integration of our country today.

- The thesis has objectively and scientifically assessed the current status of developing high-quality human resources for fire prevention and fighting police in Vietnam in recent years.

- The thesis proposes the main viewpoints and basic solutions to promote the development of high-quality human resources for fire prevention and fighting police in Vietnam today.

11. Practical application:

The results of the thesis will contribute to providing scientific arguments for all levels, sectors, and the People's Public Security force, especially for the fire prevention and fighting police, to plan projects, strategies, and policies for developing high-quality human resources, developing high-quality human resources for the fire prevention and fighting police to meet the country's requirements in the period of innovation.

12. Further research directions:

In the coming years, developing high-quality human resources in general and developing high-quality human resources for the fire prevention and fighting police force in particular is still an urgent requirement and an inevitable trend of our country.

This thesis has focused on researching high quality human resources.policefire prevention work, high quality human resources for fire prevention work and forcemilitia, fire prevention and fighting forcebase, fire prevention and fighting forcespecializedhas not been studied yet. At the same time, the fire prevention and fighting police force and high-quality human resources of the fire prevention and fighting police have been assigned by the Party and the State to perform additional rescue functions nationwide and in a number of fields. Therefore, in the coming time, research on this issue needs to add more forces.militia, fire prevention and fighting forcebase,fire prevention and fighting forcespecializedand the problemrescueand compare, contrast, and apply the content, standards, management methods, use, education, and training of high-quality human resources in fire prevention, firefighting, and rescue of some countries in the world with Vietnam.

- From research results, thesis has introduced the concept of development of high-quality human resources for fire prevention & fighting police and analyzed the role of development of high-quality human resources for fire prevention & fighting police in Vietnam in the process of promoting industrialization, modernization associated with globalization and international integration in our country at present.

This thesis has focused on researching on human resources for fire prevention & fightingpolice, human resources for fire prevention & fightingcivil defense, fire prevention & fighting force inbasic level,specializedfire prevention & fighting force who has not been researched. Simultaneously, fire prevention & fighting police force and high-quality human resources for fire prevention & fighting police have been allocated the rescue and salvage function by Party and State in localities throughout the country and in some fields. Therefore, in the coming time, the research on this issue must be added thecivil defenseforce fire prevention & fighting force inbasic level, specializedfire prevention & fighting force and therescue and salvageissues with the comparison, contrast, applying the content, standards and management, use methods, education and training works for high-quality human resources for fire prevention & fighting, rescue and salvage of some countries in the world and Vietnam.
