- Contributing to enriching theoretical issues on the development of high-quality human resources in the process of Vietnam's international integration from a political science perspective.
- To conduct a relatively comprehensive study and evaluation of the Party and State's guidelines, policies, institutions, mechanisms, and policies on developing high-quality human resources in the process of Vietnam's international integration from 2006 to the present.
- Propose several directions and solutions to supplement and improve the guidelines and policies for developing high-quality human resources so that Vietnam can integrate more deeply, broadly, and effectively into the international community.
11. Practical applications:
- The research findings of this dissertation can be used as a reference in the planning of human resource development strategies;
