- Correctly assess the current situation of improving artistic creativity for art school students in Vietnam at present, clearly identify the causes of the current situation and summarize the issues arising from that situation.
- Proposing basic viewpoints and solutions to continue improving the artistic creativity of art students in Vietnam today.

- The thesis generalizes a parallel picture about the strengthening creative capacity in art for students nowadays. By then, the thesis presents the causes and specific effects of this problem in Vietnamese art school context.
- The thesis gives some recomendations to enhance the creative capacity in art for students at Vietnamese schools nowadays.
