- Analyze the Party's guiding viewpoints and the contents of applying Ho Chi Minh's cultural diplomacy to develop Vietnam's cultural diplomacy, propose groups of solutions to improve the quality of applying Ho Chi Minh's cultural diplomacy to develop Vietnam's cultural diplomacy in the process of international integration.
