In particular, the dissertation analyzes more fully the objective conditions and prerequisites of the world, the region, and Vietnam, along with an analysis of the factors in Minh Mệnh's life, career, and writings that bear a strong subjective imprint.

Thought on perfecting the centralized monarchical state apparatus; 3. Thought on preserving sovereignty and traditional culture in the face of Western influence.
