9. Summary of the thesis results:

The thesis has clarified the following issues:

- The rate of students having jobs within 1 to 2 years after graduation is quite high (over 90%), most students find jobs within 6 months after graduation; however, only over 50% of students have suitable jobs, applying well the expertise they have learned at university.

-The majority of students work in corporate environments (over 50%), followed by state administrative agencies, the proportion of students participating in teaching and research activities accounts for about 10%.

-At the beginning of their career, most graduates have low and average incomes; however, there are specific training majors that meet the needs of the labor market well, the rate of graduates with good and high incomes is significantly higher than other training majors.

-The career mobility of SVTN is quite high and gradually stabilizes over time as they accumulate work experience.

-Over 80% of university students have participated in part-time jobs during their university years. Participating in part-time jobs and doing part-time jobs that are related to their majors have a positive impact on their future job search.

-The main reasons why students have not found jobs are: lack of social relationships, lack of job information, lack of work experience and foreign language proficiency that does not meet the requirements of the labor market.
