10. Summary of thesis results:
The thesis has clarified the following issues:
+ Internal migration in Vietnam is an inevitable trend and tends to increase in both quantity, space and time. The migration flow is mainly from rural to urban areas, industrial zones, and export processing zones. In Ha Dinh Ward, the number of young migrants is increasing. Notably, the current trend of young migrants is getting younger and feminizing migrants.
+ Migrant youth are facing certain difficulties and risks at the immigration site and need help. Compared to the group of youth residing in the city, the living and housing conditions of migrant youth are much more difficult.
+ Due to the economic crisis, their already cramped living quarters are now even more cramped. They have to live in cramped, crowded and unsanitary rooms or boarding houses, and have difficulty accessing social services. Because many workers migrate for economic reasons, they really do not care about food and accommodation when they arrive in the city. The most important goal of most young migrant workers is to find a job and save as much as possible, so they try to minimize their personal expenses.
+ Housing conditions at the destination are what makes migrants dissatisfied. Currently, the Social Housing model is being built with the aim of providing low-cost housing for a number of priority subjects in thesocietysuch as migrant youth, low-income people... and are rented or housed at a cheap price compared to the pricemarketis one of the good policies to solve this problem for migrant workers. However, in the process of implementing the policy, there are still some shortcomings.

11. Summary of the findings of the thesis:
The thesis explains the following issues:
+ Internal migration in Vietnam, which is an indispensable trend, has been increasing in quantity, space and time. The streams of migrants are mainly from rural to urban areas, industrial and manufacturing areas. The number of migrants in Ha Dinh has been rising, especially more women at a younger age.
+ Teenage migrants have faced some difficulties and risks in destination areas, so that they need a lot of help. Compared to urban residents, the living conditions and housing of young migrants are much more difficult.
+ Because of economic crisis, their accommodations are now more cramped than ever. They have to live in crowded and unhygienic rooms and have difficulties in accessing social services. Because of low wages, migrant workers do not worry about accommodation. When they migrate to cities, the most important goals of the majority migrants are finding jobs and saving money as much as possible; therefore, they try to minimize their expenditure.
+ Housing conditions at the destination are what make the migrants dissatisfied. Social housing is being built for the purpose of providing affordable houses for some of the most privileged people in the society such as young migrants, low income people, etc. Cheaper rent is one of the best policies addressing this issue for migration workers. However, there are some problems in the policy's implementation.
