The thesis clarifies theoretical and practical issues of development communication and development communication models in the world and in Vietnam. Through a survey of the Northwest image on some typical electronic newspapers, based on the development communication models to analyze and evaluate electronic newspapers in informing about the issue of sustainable development in the Northwest region. Thereby, the thesis highlights the role of communication in general and electronic newspapers in particular in the sustainable development of the Northwest region. At the same time, the thesis proposes a number of solutions to improve the quality of information on sustainable development in the Northwest region on electronic newspapers.
