11. Summary of the new findings of the thesis:
11.1. After reviewing the research problem, the author analyzed the relevant content of previous studies, pointing out the missing content in those studies in order to find a direction for in-depth research on the social integration of orphaned children from a social work perspective.
11.2. The thesis has pointed out the current state of social integration of orphaned children in the following aspects: integration in education; integration in career guidance; integration in health and medical care; and integration in social relationships. According to the researcher's assessment, orphaned children have been given opportunities and resources, but still face some difficulties regarding policies, characteristics of upbringing, and the children's ability to integrate.
11.3. The thesis evaluates social work activities in supporting education, career guidance, healthcare, and counseling for orphans. From this, it points out several limitations such as: unprofessional implementation; staff lacking specialized knowledge and skills; and insufficient resources.
11.4. After evaluating social work activities in supporting the integration of orphans, the thesis author proposed several solutions to improve the effectiveness of social work activities to enhance the integration of orphans: supplementing policies and regulations for the development of the social work profession; professionalizing social work activities in supporting educational integration; diversifying information sources in career guidance; strengthening resource mobilization and capacity building in healthcare and medical services; establishing social work departments to improve the effectiveness of social work activities to enhance the integration of orphaned children.
12. Practical applicability: The solution to improve the effectiveness of social work (section 4.2 – Chapter 4) can be applied to supporting the social integration of orphaned children in Children's Villages.
The research findings are applied to activities supporting children in special circumstances at social assistance facilities.
13. Further research directions: Research on the social integration of orphaned children upon returning to their hometowns after leaving Children's Villages.

11. Summary of the new findings of the thesis:
11.1. After doing literature review, the author analyzed relevant contents of previous studies, pointing out missing issues in these studies to find direction, from social work perspective, for the in-depth research of activities to support social inclusion of orphans.
11.2. The thesis indicates the status of orphans' social inclusion in terms of learning; health and medical care; career orientation and social relationship. According to the author, even though being given the opportunities and encouraging resources, orphans still face the difficulties in nurturing characteristics, policies and themselves abilities to integrate.
11.3. The thesis evaluated social work activities to support orphans in the matter of education, health care, career orientation and counseling. With that, it listed some limitations relating to unprofessional activities, officials with in-depth knowledge deficiency, lack of human resources.
11.4. After evaluating, the author proposes solutions to improve the effectiveness of social work activities, and to promote social inclusion for more orphans, including: adding policies and regulations for the development of Social Work Profession; professionalizing social work activities to support academic inclusion; diverse information sources in career orientation; mobilizing resources; increasing capacity of healthcare; establishing a department of social work.
12. Practical applicability, if any: The solutions for improving the efficiency of social work activities (Section 4.2 – Chapter 4) can be applied to support orphans' social inclusion in Children's Village.
