10. Summary of thesis results:
Through the time of researching the topic, the author of the thesis realized that the topic of promoting tourism in the Southwest on television has been increasingly developing in recent times. The role and strengths of all types of press increasingly have long-term communication strategies, taking advantage of technology 4.0; innovating communication methods, improving professionalism; there is coordination between ministries, branches, localities, and unity in communication between state management agencies on tourism. However, promoting tourism in the Southwest on television still faces many difficulties and challenges.
Specifically, through a survey on three television channels: National Television Channel VTV1, local television channel CTV, and specialized television channel Vietnam Journey, it can be seen that the promotion of tourism in the Southwest region still has many limitations. However, with increasingly modern applications of 4.0 technology, along with the strengths of television, tourism in the Southwest region promises to be promoted deeply, widely, and effectively to everyone both domestically and internationally.
11. Practical application:
In fact, the local government has policies and plans to promote tourism through the combination of many forms of modern media, especially on television channels to promote the tourism potential of the Southwestern provinces. Especially for local television channels (specifically Ca Mau Radio and Television Station), they always pay attention to, implement, and launch products that are increasingly improving both quality and quantity to promote tourism of Ca Mau in particular and tourism of the Southwestern region in general.
From the reality, effectiveness, and limitations, the author has clearly stated that although this thesis is difficult to avoid errors, it is also a reference for television channels, especially local television channels, to have the right direction, long-term, create a unique mark, create a brand, especially contribute to promoting tourism in the Southwest.

However, the promotion of the Southwestern tourism on television still has many difficulties and challenges.
Specifically, through the survey on three TV channels: National TV channel VTV1, local TV channel CTV, and the specialized TV channel Vietnam Journey, it can be seen that the promotion of the Southwestern tourism still contains limitations. Nevertheless, with the increasingly modern applications of 4.0 technologies, along with the inner strengths of television, the southwestern tourism promises to be promoted deeply, widely and effectively to people in Vietnam and abroad.

In fact, the local government has policies and plans to promote tourism through the combination of modern media, especially on television channels to promote the tourism potential of the provinces of Southwestern region. Especially to the local TV channels (Ca Mau Radio and Television Station, in detail), they have always been interested in implementing and producing products that improve on both of quality and quantity to promote Ca Mau tourism in particular and the southwestern region in general.
From both the effective and limited realities supplied by the author, despite the fact that this thesis may have some errors, this is also a reference for television channels, especially for local TV channels to have a right direction in long-term, create its own mark and brand, especially contribute to Southwestern tourism's promotion.
