This thesis focuses on researching the current state of marketing mix application at the Library of Hanoi Medical University. From this, it provides observations, assessments, and identifies the causes of limitations in marketing mix activities at the library. Simultaneously, it proposes feasible solutions to improve the effectiveness of marketing mix application, thereby contributing to improving the quality of library operations in particular and teaching and scientific research activities in general at the University.
