10. Summary of the thesis results:
This thesis makes an initial contribution to scientific research on the organization and implementation of propaganda regarding the task of protecting national territorial sovereignty and border security in the People's Army Newspaper and the Military Region 2 Newspaper. From there, it identifies and understands the issue, helping cadres, editors, and reporters in charge of the topic to make timely adjustments and improve the quality of propaganda on protecting national territorial sovereignty and border security. This will focus on motivating, propagating, and educating while meeting the increasingly high and diverse information needs of readers, contributing to better serving the task of protecting national territorial sovereignty and border security of the Party and the State.
This research initially contributes to scientific study on methods of training personnel, selecting topics, and organizing journalistic activities related to protecting national territorial sovereignty and border security. It identifies achievements and limitations to help print journalists in general, and the People's Army Newspaper and the Military Region 2 Newspaper in particular, develop strategies for human resource development, plan implementation, and further improve the quality of propaganda on the task of protecting national territorial sovereignty and border security in print media in general, and in the People's Army Newspaper and Military Region 2 Newspaper in particular, to meet the requirements of propaganda in the new situation.
11. Practical applications: (if any)
In practical terms, this thesis fundamentally and systematically addresses the impact of information on the ideological awareness of the people, building national unity and solidarity in conjunction with building a national defense system and a strong people's support base along the border of Vietnam. Therefore, the thesis has positive significance, contributing to the summarization and evaluation of the quality of print media propaganda regarding the task of protecting national sovereignty and border security. Thus, it can serve as a reference document for the Editorial Boards of the People's Army Newspaper and the Military Region 2 Newspaper in leading and directing propaganda efforts to protect national sovereignty and border security in the People's Army Newspaper and the Military Region 2 Newspaper.
- This thesis provides an overview of the current state of propaganda work regarding the task of protecting national territorial sovereignty and border security, as well as some development directions for journalism related to this task in the new situation. The thesis initially conducts scientific research on the organization and implementation of propaganda, on the mission of protecting territorial sovereignty, national border security in the People's Army Newspaper and the 2nd Military Region Newspaper. From there, the thesis further delves into identifying and understanding the related issues, helping officials and reporters in charge make prompt adaptation and improve the quality of communist territorial sovereignty, national border security in the direction of, encouraging, propagating and educating, in association with meeting the increasing and diverse information needs of readers, contributing to better serve the mission of protecting territorial sovereignty, national border security of the Party and State.
The topic initially conducts scientific research on how to train people, how to choose topics and organizing journalistic activities on the protection territorial sovereignty, national border security; outlining the achievements, as well as the limitations to help print journalists in general, the People's Army Newspaper and 2nd Military Region Newspaper in particular, to devise strategies for educating people, building plan and enhancing the quality of propaganda further on the mission of protecting territorial sovereignty, national border security in printed newspaper in general, in the People's Army Newspaper and 2nd Military Region Newspaper in particular, in order to meet the requirements of the new-era propaganda mission.

In terms of practical aspect, the theoretical basis and logic deals with the impact of information on the people's ideological perception, building the strength of the people's solidarity in association with building all-people national defense, a firm position of people's heart along the border lines of the Vietnamese fatherland. Therefore, the thesis has a positive meaning, contributing to summarizing and evaluating the propaganda quality of the printed newspaper for the mission of protecting territorial sovereignty, national border security, so it can be the reference material for the Editorial Board of the People's Army Newspaper, 2nd Military Region Newspaper in the leadership and direction of propaganda to perform the mission of protecting territorial sovereignty, national border security on People's Army Newspaper and 2nd Military Region Newspaper.
