11. Summary of the findings of the thesis:
Through theoretical and practical exploration of difficulties in workers' spiritual lives and how to deal with workers' difficulties, the theory gives a definition: dealing with difficulties in workers' spiritual lives. Workers are specific ways that encompass workers' thoughts, feelings and actions in the face of difficult situations, to adapt to or deal with those circumstances, and to help workers relieve stress and other psychological distress. Practical difficulties often encountered by the workers of the Yen Phong Industrial Complex in Bac Ninh: the most common is the problem of participation in mass organizations, which accounts for 43.7% (average score = 3,024); It was followed by learning difficulties and improving qualifications with 32.3%, the third in sports and recreational activities (14.6%), and the lowest in religious affairs and religion with 9.4%. The theory also compares differences in response based on worker gender and age. From there, it draws conclusions and proposals recommendations to parties and states, businesses and workers to reduce the mental life difficulties of ordinary workers, especially the Yen Phong Industrial Park, especially Bac Ninh workers.
