Through theoretical and practical research on the difficulties in the spiritual life of workers and how to cope with the difficulties of workers, it is shown that the most common difficulties that workers encounter are problems in the activities of mass organizations (accounting for 43.7%), followed by problems in learning and improving qualifications (accounting for 32.3%) and problems in sports and entertainment activities (accounting for 14.6%), the lowest is only 9.4% of the surveyed people said that they have difficulties in the issues of beliefs and religions. Difficulties in organizational and mass activities are rated by workers at the highest level (Average score = 3.024), followed by difficulties in learning, improving qualifications and sports activities, and finally difficulties in the issues of religious beliefs. The thesis also compares the differences in coping based on the gender and seniority of workers. From there, conclusions and recommendations are drawn to reduce difficulties in the spiritual life of workers in Yen Phong Industrial Park, Bac Ninh.

Through theoretical and practical exploration of difficulties in workers' spiritual lives and how to deal with workers' difficulties, the theory gives a definition: dealing with difficulties in workers' spiritual lives. Workers are specific ways that encompass workers' thoughts, feelings and actions in the face of difficult situations, to adapt to or deal with those circumstances, and to help workers relieve stress and other psychological distress.
