From this, it helps journalists see the reality clearly and find solutions to improve information dissemination, content, and forms of propaganda to build increasingly high-quality worker profiles.
- This thesis contributes to further systematizing the theoretical framework of online journalism and information work related to building profiles of workers in online newspapers.
- The research results, suggestions, and recommendations of the author will contribute to helping local media agencies make appropriate leadership decisions, guide information, and allocate suitable investment, thereby contributing to the goal of building a profile of a quality worker.
The thesis has the following new points:
- This thesis systematizes the theoretical framework of journalism and information work regarding the portrayal of workers in the press. - This thesis analyzes portraits of workers in online newspapers; thereby showing that workers are reflected in online newspapers across diverse social fields. The portrayal of typical and exemplary workers contributes to social impact, spreading positive values ​​and building a better life.
- This thesis proposes solutions and recommendations to improve the quality and effectiveness of promoting the image of workers. First and foremost, it is necessary to change the perception of media leaders and managers, media organizations, and individual journalists regarding the role and responsibility of the press in promoting the image of workers.

The thesis makes the problem clearer: Portraits of workers in the Mekong Delta on online newspaper, as a basis for evaluation, analyze the current situation and effectiveness in the construction of employee portraits. From there, it helps journalists see the reality clearly and find solutions to improve information work, content and forms of propaganda to build portraits of employees with good quality.
The thesis contributes to the systematization of the theoretical framework of journalism and information work on building employee portraits in electronic newspapers.
The research results, suggestions and recommendations of the author will help the local press agencies make leadership decisions, information orientation as well as appropriate investment attention, contribute to the implementation of the project.
