10. Summary of thesis results:
The thesis analyzes in depth the current situation and content of the restructuring of the agricultural sector of Vinh Long province in 2020. Although affected by the Covid-19 epidemic, Vinh Long Radio and Television Station and Vinh Long Electronic Newspaper have promptly adapted and proactively proposed solutions, as well as appropriate instructions for specialized departments and reporters, so the propaganda work has been implemented effectively.
After the theoretical basis related to the issue of restructuring the agricultural sector, moving on to the content section, the author uses the method of statistical data of news articles in 2020 as a premise to analyze the content and form of expression of each press agency on the issue of restructuring the agricultural sector of Vinh Long province and especially conducts in-depth interviews with experts, leading agencies and leaders, reporters at the surveyed press agencies, namely Vinh Long Radio and Television Station and Vinh Long Electronic Newspaper to clarify the key issues raised, especially the limitations of each press agency. From there, through the opinions of professional sectors and leaders of press agencies in Vinh Long province, solutions and directions for propaganda in the coming time will be proposed to improve the effectiveness of propaganda work in both content and form on the issue of restructuring the agricultural sector of Vinh Long province.
11. Practical application:
The thesis has practical reference value through specific data and statistics on the results of propaganda on the issue of restructuring the agricultural sector of Vinh Long province in the local press in 2020 (survey of 02 units: Vinh Long Radio and Television Station and Vinh Long Electronic Newspaper). Through the research in the thesis, it can be a basis to help leaders, managers, local Party committees, authorities, press agencies, reporters, editors, and people understand more deeply about the propaganda work on the issue of restructuring the agricultural sector in Vinh Long province. From there, there are appropriate policies, mechanisms, and solutions in propaganda and mobilizing people to change production habits from old, outdated methods to using advances in agricultural production to gradually modernize agriculture and rural areas of Vietnam in general and Vinh Long province in particular.

11. Summary of the findings of the thesis:
The thesis deeply analyzes the situation and content of restructuring the agricultural sector of Vinh Long Province in 2020. Despite being affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, Vinh Long Radio and Television Station and Vinh Long Online Newspapers promptly adapted and proactively proposed solutions, as well as appropriate instructive content for specialized departments and reporters. Therefore, the propaganda work was carried out with high efficiency.

The author also surveys the performance of each press agency on the restructuring of the agricultural sector in Vinh Long Province and especially in-depth interviews with experts, leading agencies as well as leaders and reporters of the survey press agencies namely Vinh Long Radio and Television Station and Vinh Long Online Newspapers to clarify the key issues raised, especially the concerns of each press agency. Then, through the opinions of experts and leaders of the press agencies in Vinh Long Province, the author proposes solutions and propaganda orientations in the coming time to improve the effectiveness of propaganda on agricultural restructure in Vinh Long Province.

The thesis is valuable for practical reference thanks to specific statistics and evidence about the results of propaganda on the restructuring of the agricultural sector in Vinh Long Province on TV channels of Vinh Long Radio and Television Station and on Vinh Long Online Newspaper. The studies in the thesis are useful for leaders, managers and committees, local authorities, press agencies, reporters, editors, and local people to have a more profound understanding regarding agricultural restructuring. As a result, there have been appropriate guidelines, mechanisms, policies and solutions in propagating and encouraging people to change their production habits from old and outdated methods to using advances in agricultural production. That will gradually modernize agriculture and rural areas in Vietnam in general and Vinh Long Province in particular.
