10. Summary of the thesis results:
This thesis delves into an analysis of the current situation and content regarding the restructuring of the agricultural sector in Vinh Long province in 2020. Despite being affected by the Covid-19 pandemic, Vinh Long Radio and Television Station and Vinh Long Online Newspaper promptly adapted and proactively proposed solutions and appropriate directives for specialized departments and reporters, resulting in highly effective communication and implementation.
Following the theoretical framework related to the restructuring of the agricultural sector, the author uses statistical data from news articles in 2020 as a basis for analyzing the content and presentation style of each media outlet regarding the restructuring of the agricultural sector in Vinh Long province. Specifically, in-depth interviews with experts, leading agencies, and leaders and reporters at the surveyed media outlets (Vinh Long Radio and Television Station and Vinh Long Online Newspaper) are conducted to clarify key issues, particularly the limitations of each media outlet. From these opinions of specialized sectors and media leaders in Vinh Long province, solutions and future communication strategies will be proposed to improve the effectiveness of communication, both in content and form, regarding the restructuring of the agricultural sector in Vinh Long province.
11. Practical applications:
This thesis provides valuable practical reference through specific statistical data demonstrating the results of propaganda regarding the restructuring of the agricultural sector in Vinh Long province through local media in 2020 (surveying two units: Vinh Long Radio and Television Station and Vinh Long Online Newspaper). The research in this thesis can serve as a basis for leaders, managers, local Party committees and authorities, media agencies, reporters, editors, and the public to gain a deeper understanding of propaganda work on the restructuring of the agricultural sector in Vinh Long province. From this, appropriate policies, mechanisms, and solutions can be developed to promote and encourage people to change their production habits from old, outdated methods to using advancements in agricultural production, thereby gradually modernizing agriculture and rural areas in Vietnam in general and Vinh Long province in particular.

11. Summary of the findings of the thesis:
The thesis deeply analyzes the situation and content of restructuring the agricultural sector of Vinh Long Province in 2020. Despite being affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, Vinh Long Radio and Television Station and Vinh Long Online Newspapers promptly adapted and proactively proposed solutions, as well as appropriate instructive content for specialized departments and reporters. Therefore, the propaganda work was carried out with high efficiency.
After analyzing the theoretical basis related to the restructuring of the agricultural sector, the author uses the statistical method of news data in 2020 as a premise to analyze the content and format of articles. The author also surveys the performance of each press agency on the restructuring of the agricultural sector in Vinh Long Province and especially in-depth interviews with experts, leading agencies as well as leaders and reporters of the survey press agencies namely Vinh Long Radio and Television Station and Vinh Long Online Newspapers to clarify the key issues raised, especially the concerns of each press agency. Then, through the opinions of experts and leaders of the press agencies in Vinh Long Province, the author proposes solutions and propaganda orientations in the coming time to improve the effectiveness of propaganda on agricultural restructure in Vinh Long Province.
12. Practical applicability, if any:
The thesis is valuable for practical reference thanks to specific statistics and evidence about the results of propaganda on the restructuring of the agricultural sector in Vinh Long Province on TV channels of Vinh Long Radio and Television Station and on Vinh Long Online Newspaper. The studies in the thesis are useful for leaders, managers and committees, local authorities, press agencies, reporters, editors, and local people to have a more profound understanding regarding agricultural restructuring. As a result, there have been appropriate guidelines, mechanisms, policies and solutions in propagating and encouraging people to change their production habits from old and outdated methods to using advances in agricultural production. That will gradually modernize agriculture and rural areas in Vietnam in general and Vinh Long Province in particular.
