The thesis researches, surveys, analyzes, evaluates and clarifies the process, methods and effectiveness of handling readers' feedback on news/articles in the cultural section of Tuoi Tre Newspaper, Nguoi Lao Dong Newspaper and VietNamNet Newspaper; points out the results as well as the limitations and causes of the limitations; further expands the issue of handling and using readers' information sources in the cultural section of these three press agencies.
Based on research and survey, the thesis proposes specific solutions to improve the quality of processing readers' feedback and increase interaction between readers and press agencies.
The research results provide new, multifaceted perspectives on how to effectively handle feedback, increase interaction between the editorial office and readers, and the role of monitoring and criticism of the press. The research results are documents for journalists to refer to and exploit, thereby being able to come up with more effective solutions in increasing interaction between editorial offices and readers.
