Attending the workshop were Prof. Dr. Dinh Van Duc (Chairman of the Association of Former Teachers of Hanoi National University), Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Dinh Bang (Vice Chairman of the Association of Former Teachers of the University of Natural Sciences), Prof. Dr. Hoang Anh Tuan (Rector of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities), Dr. Ngo Thi Kieu Oanh (Chairman of the University's Trade Union), along with 60 delegates who were former teachers of the University, comrades in the University's Trade Union Executive Committee, representatives of leaders, chairmen of trade unions of units and a large number of students.
In the Workshop Introduction Report, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Lam Ba Nam (Chairman of the School's CGC Association) affirmed: This is a very broad and practical topic to contribute to innovation and improvement of education quality. The reports presented at the Workshop are important suggestions in the process of building school culture, building a stronger and stronger school, and will be the premise for continuing to organize more in-depth workshops on aspects of school culture.
The workshop listened to 08 reports and many comments from former teachers with very practical contents such as: "Traditional cultural practices and messages about old school style" by delegate Nguyen Hung Vi; "A school culture feature: teacher-student relationship in scientific research" by Professor, People's Teacher Vu Duong Ninh; "Initial assessment of school culture in the university education system in modern Russia and some suggestions for building school culture values in the university environment in Vietnam" by Dr. Nguyen Thai Son; "Light source of school culture" by delegate Bui Viet Thang; "Contributing to discussing solutions to improve the quality of school culture in the current university education environment" by Dr. To Thi Hien, etc.

Prof. Dr. Nguyen Dinh Bang (Vice President of the Association of Former Teachers of the University of Natural Sciences) highly appreciated the significance of the Workshop: this is a very practical professional activity, the content of the workshop is about an in-depth topic that only the Association of Former Teachers of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities can do.
Prof. Dr. Dinh Van Duc - Chairman of the Association of Former Teachers of Hanoi National University acknowledged the meaningful activities of the Association of Former Teachers of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities and affirmed that building school culture is an important and essential task in the development process of the University.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Ngoc Thanh and some delegates also shared their views on building culture in schools. The presentations and shared opinions of the delegates showed the deep concern of the former teachers of the School for building a modern, professional learning environment with warm teacher-student relationships.
Speaking at the Workshop, Principal Hoang Anh Tuan affirmed the important contributions of the Association of Former Teachers to the School. The Workshop "School Culture - Awareness and Practice" is a meaningful activity held on the occasion of November 20. The School always appreciates the contributions of teachers and hopes that teachers will always accompany the School in the process of building and developing the University of Social Sciences and Humanities. On the occasion of November 20, Prof. Dr. Hoang Anh Tuan, on behalf of the School, sent a bouquet of fresh flowers and best wishes to all former teachers of the School.
