 4. Documents to bring when enrolling

1. Admission notice (candidates receive admission notice upon arrival at school).
2. Temporary junior high school graduation certificate (original).
3. Secondary school transcript (original and 01 notarized copy).
4. Birth certificate (01 certified copy or notarized copy or extract).
5. Resume (according to form)HERE), with a photo stamped and certified by the local authority or head of the agency where the father (or mother) works.
6. Photocopy of health insurance card.
7. Send 3x4 portrait photo file to email address (to make student card):bangtrinhvan@gmail.com(Photo submission deadline is no later than 07 days from the date of admission); photo file name as follows: Identification code (according to the Admission Registration Account Information sheet) / Example: 0129898309.
8. Photocopy of enrollment registration account information (ID code and password) issued by the Secondary School.
9. Cost: 3,000,000 VND (Temporary tuition fee: 1,979,600 VND, Health check-up: 100,000 VND, Health insurance: 680,400 VND, Body insurance: 240,000 VND).

Note:
- CThe above documents are put into a paper folder prepared by the student (clearly write on the outside: Full name, date of birth).
- Students can supplement missing documents on July 11 and 12, 2024 at room 102, building E (morning from 8:00-11:30, afternoon from 14:00-17:00).
