 4. Documents to bring when enrolling

1. Admission notice (candidates will receive their admission notice upon enrollment).
2. Temporary junior high school graduation certificate (original).
3. Junior high school transcript (original and one notarized copy).
4. Birth certificate (one certified copy, notarized copy, or extract).
5. Resume (using the provided template)HERE), with a photograph affixed with a seal and certification from the local government or the head of the agency where the father (or mother) works.
6. A photocopy of your health insurance card.
7. Please send a 3x4 size portrait photo to the following email address (for student ID card):bangtrinhvan@gmail.com(The deadline for submitting photos is within 7 days of the enrollment date); the photo file should be named as follows: Identification code (according to the Enrollment Account Information sheet) /Example: 0129898309.
8. A photocopy of the registration account information (ID and password) issued by the Secondary School.
9. Cost: 3,000,000 VND (Temporary tuition fee: 1,979,600 VND, Health check-up: 100,000 VND, Health insurance: 680,400 VND, Personal accident insurance: 240,000 VND).

Note:
- CThe above documents should be placed in a paper file folder prepared by the student (with the student's full name and date of birth clearly written on the outside).
- Students can submit any missing documents on July 11th and 12th, 2024 at room 102, building E (morning from 8:00 AM to 11:30 AM, afternoon from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM).
5. Provide the Identification Code according to the registration account information:HERE(before July 2nd, 2024)
6. Funds collected via bank account.
