To ensure the ceremony is solemn and successful, students participating in the Graduation Ceremony and Diploma Awarding should note the following information:
1. Time, location, and schedule for the graduation ceremony.
- Time2 days, July 6-7, 2024 (Saturday, Sunday)
Morning: from 8:00 AM; Afternoon: from 2:00 PM (Students should arrive 45 minutes early before the ceremony to receive their ceremonial attire)
- Location:Auditorium on the 8th floor of Building E.
- Order of awarding diplomas:
+ Morning of July 6th: Students from the following training units: Tourism Studies, Philosophy, Religious Studies, International Studies, Sociology
+ Afternoon of July 6th: Students from the following training units: Journalism and Communication, Political Science, Archival Studies and Office Management, History
+ Morning of July 7th: Students from the following training units: Oriental Studies, Linguistics, Management Science, Anthropology
+ Afternoon of July 7th: Students from the following training units: Information-Library Science, Literature, Psychology, Vietnamese Studies, and Vietnamese Language
(The detailed schedule of time and location for student attendance is attached below.)
2. Some important information to note:
- Students must be present at the auditorium and lecture halls on time and according to the schedule assigned by the Organizing Committee.
- Dress formally (the school will provide the graduation gown).
- Please sit according to the seating chart for your Institute/Faculty/Department, or for yourself, as arranged and noted by the Organizing Committee in the auditorium (the seating chart is posted in the lobby of the auditorium on the 8th floor of Building E, and the Youth Union's volunteer team is ready to assist).
- Following the Bachelor's degree awarding ceremony in the auditorium on the 8th floor of building E:
Students can register to borrow ceremonial attire at the lobby of building E (please bring your ID card).
Students should come to room 104G to sign for their diplomas and transcripts.
and 105G (you must bring your Student ID or Citizen ID).
+ Graduating students should go to the Office of Political and Student Affairs (room 101E).
To retrieve the original documents submitted upon enrollment (you must bring your Citizen Identification Card).
+ Students who graduated with excellent grades should come to the Political Affairs Office to receive their Certificates of Merit.

- The University's Communication and Information Technology Center arranged for cameras to take photos of each student receiving their diploma on stage. After the graduation ceremony, the students accessed the website.
