Graduation and Diploma Award Ceremony 2024 for New VNU-USSH Bachelors

For the ceremony to be solemn and successful, students participating in the Graduation and Diploma Ceremony should note the following information:

- Time: 02 days 06-07/07/2024 (Saturday, Sunday)
Morning: from 8:00; Afternoon: from 14:00 (Students arrive 45 minutes before the ceremony to receive their ceremonial gowns)
- Location:Hall 8th floor, Building E.
- Order of awarding degrees:
+ Morning of July 6: Students from training units: Tourism Studies, Philosophy, Religious Studies, International Studies, Sociology
+ Afternoon of July 6: Students from training units: Journalism and Communication Training, Political Science, Archival Studies and Office Management, History
+ Morning of July 7: Students from training units: Oriental Studies, Linguistics, Management Science, Anthropology
+ Afternoon of July 7: Students from training units: Information-Library, Literature, Psychology, Vietnamese Studies and Vietnamese Language
(Specific schedule of time and place for students to be present is attached below)

- Students must be present at the Hall and lecture hall on time and according to the schedule assigned by the Organizing Committee.
- Wear formal attire (Bachelor's gown will be provided by the school).
- Sit in the correct location diagram of the Institute/Faculty/Department, of the individual as arranged by the Organizing Committee, noted in the Hall (the diagram is posted in the lobby of the Hall on the 8th floor of Building E and there are the Shock Troops of the School Youth Union ready to support)
- After the Bachelor's Degree Award Ceremony at the 8th floor Hall of Building E:
+ Students can register to borrow formal attire at the lobby of Building E (bring ID card)
+ Students come to sign for their diplomas and graduation transcripts in room 104G
and 105G (must bring Student ID or Citizen ID).
+ Graduates go to the Office of Politics and Student Affairs (room 101E)
to receive back the original documents submitted upon admission (must bring ID card).
+ Excellent graduates receive Certificates of Merit at the Political Department and
Student Affairs (Room 102, Building E).
- The School's Information Technology and Communications Center has arranged cameras to take photos of the diploma award ceremony on stage for each student. After the graduation ceremony, students access the websitehttps://ussh.vnu.edu.vn/and fanpagehttps://www.facebook.com/ussh.vnu/ to download photos.
