Plan to organize the 2024 Doctoral and Master's Degree Award Ceremony

- Time: 9:00 a.m., July 19, 2024 (Friday)
- Location: Hall, 8th floor, Building E.
- Participants: Representatives of Leaders of Departments and Centers; Secretary of the Youth Union; President of the Student Association; Representatives of Leaders of training units, Postgraduate Training Assistants and new PhDs and Masters.

- At exactly 8:15 a.m., the new PhDs and Masters will be present at the 8th floor Hall of Building E to receive their ceremonial gowns and perform the tasks as instructed by the Organizing Committee.
- After the Doctoral and Master's Degree Award Ceremony at the 8th floor Hall of Building E:
+ New PhDs bring their Citizen Identification Cards to the Training Department (Room 207, Building E) to sign for their diplomas and diploma supplements.
+ New Masters bring their Citizen Identification Card to the Training Department (Room 708, Building E) to sign for their diplomas and diploma supplements.
- The School's Center for Communications and Information Technology will take photos of each new PhD and Master during the Graduation Ceremony. After the Graduation Ceremony, the new PhDs and Masters will access the websitehttps://ussh.vnu.edu.vn/ and fanpagehttps://www.facebook.com/ussh.vnuof the School to receive the photo.
