Representing Saigon Commercial Bank - Tay Ha Noi Branch were Mr. Pham Quang Hoa (Branch Director), Ms. Pham Thi Thu Hien, Director of the Recruitment and Talent Acquisition Center, and several leaders from transaction offices, centers, and departments of the Tay Ha Noi Branch.
Representing the University of Social Sciences and Humanities (USSH) were Prof. Dr. Hoang Anh Tuan (Rector), along with the heads of departments and centers under the University's administrative block.
Overview of the signing ceremony
In his opening remarks, Rector Hoang Anh Tuan introduced the University's traditions and achievements in training, scientific research, and community service. He emphasized that the University of Social Sciences and Humanities has always received the support of domestic and international partners throughout its development. He noted that the University has also received cooperation and support from Saigon Commercial Bank (SHB). On behalf of the leadership, Rector Hoang Anh Tuan thanked SHB for choosing the University as a trusted partner, and expressed hope that in the future, the two sides will engage in effective and comprehensive cooperation.

Mr. Pham Quang Hoa, representing Saigon Commercial Bank (SHB), Tay Hanoi Branch, expressed his gratitude to the University for the warm welcome and active support that has helped the cooperation between the two sides achieve positive results over the past period. SHB Bank, Tay Hanoi Branch, is committed to strengthening cooperation with the University to provide the best financial solutions for staff, lecturers, students, and pupils in the future.

Mr. Pham Quang Hoa proposed several areas where both sides could strengthen cooperation in the future, such as finance, communication, promoting each other's image, supporting scholarships for students, and organizing events, etc. Mr. Pham Quang Hoa emphasized: "With the desire to bring practical value to the lecturers, students, and pupils of the University, we hope to cooperate more comprehensively and closely with your University, and we also hope to receive encouragement and feedback from your University so that SBH can continue to improve the quality of its services."
After exchange and discussion, the two sides agreed to sign a memorandum of cooperation with the following key contents:
- SHB Bank will provide management solutions for VNU-USSH.
- Both sides connect through brand communication and share messages and images.
- Cooperation in the financial sector: SHB develops specific policies to ensure that faculty and staff of the University have access to preferential financial resources to meet their financial needs in accordance with the law; and simultaneously implements preferential programs and policies on SHB's products and services for VNU-USSH students.
- Awarding annual scholarships to students and trainees, and coordinating in organizing annual events and activities of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities.
Concluding the meeting, Principal Hoang Anh Tuan once again thanked Saigon Commercial Joint Stock Bank - Tay Ha Noi Branch for its cooperation and support in the school's activities. Based on today's cooperation agreement, the two sides will work together to develop joint programs, projects, and initiatives through the cooperation and development department.
