The Fourth Industrial Revolution has had a profound impact on all aspects of socio-economic life. Actively and proactively participating in the Fourth Industrial Revolution is an inevitable objective requirement and a strategically important task, both urgent and long-term, for the entire political system and society, closely linked to Vietnam's deep integration into the international community. In this context, the Prime Minister issued Decision No. 749/QD-TTg on June 3, 2020, approving the "National Digital Transformation Program to 2025, with a vision to 2030".
The program has established a vision: Vietnam to become a digital, stable, and prosperous nation, pioneering the testing of new models and technologies; fundamentally reforming the management and operation of the Government and the production and business activities of enterprises. The program affirms that innovative thinking in economic management, organizational management, human resource management… along with the development of digital human resources are important foundations contributing to ensuring a rapid, effective, and sustainable digital transformation process. The workshop "Digital Transformation and Human Resource Management" was organized with the aim of creating a forum for scientists and managers to exchange ideas on this topic.
