[Video] Developing Science and Technology at VNU Hanoi towards an innovative university orientation

During the period 2021-2030, what criteria should the development of Science and Technology at Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU) follow to become an innovative university, aiming to become one of the top 500 universities in the world, in line with VNU's development strategy until 2030 and vision for 2045?
