Faculty of Journalism and Communication - A Quarter-Century Journey

The purpose of this book is to summarize research achievements over the past quarter century, as well as to update the latest research trends in the field of Journalism and Communication, thereby partly reflecting the research achievements in the overall development of the Faculty of Journalism and Communication, University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi.
The publication covers everything from fundamental theoretical issues (public opinion, media research methods, Ho Chi Minh's journalism, etc.) to the hottest practical issues (journalistic ethics in the digital age, the 2025 Journalism Planning Project, anti-corruption journalism, etc.); thereby providing readers with a comprehensive view of the important role of media and journalism research not only in training journalists, interpreting phenomena, and building theoretical systems, but also in journalistic practice and macro-management; especially in the context of the current Vietnamese press system facing many great opportunities and challenges.
