Professor James Bellini provided fundamental guidance to help young researchers understand the steps needed to prepare for a good study, ensuring it meets the publication criteria of international scientific journals.

Professor James Bellini advises researchers to read and update themselves on scientific information in their field to identify areas and scientific problems that interest them. The key is to find research "gaps"—issues that others haven't researched—and fill them with their own research. Keeping a research journal is also mandatory, helping to systematize the information gathered and to record the progress of their thinking and exploration of the problem they are pursuing.

In a scientific paper, it is necessary to clearly state the research question, highlight the importance of the research problem, and its contribution to the general field of research. A research paper typically has a "hourglass" structure. The introduction introduces the problem, then narrows down to delve into the methodology and present the main research results. The conclusion expands the scope by reaffirming the main research results and highlighting their relevance to existing studies. The paper should also clarify the similarities and differences between its own research results and those of previous studies.

The scientist also shared in-depth points to consider for successfully publishing research in international scientific journals, such as: understanding the journal's readership; strictly adhering to the publisher's guidelines; always considering the reputation of the scientific journal where you want to publish; valuing the use of citations from international research sources in your research paper; presenting the paper in a scientific style; and seeking expert assistance to ensure your paper is written in accurate and scientific English.
