Nearly eight years (2006-2014) have passed since Mr. Dinh Quang Hung, a specialist in the Training Department of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities (VNU), dedicated himself wholeheartedly to his work. This dedication was recognized when he received the "Outstanding Young Person at the Institutional Level" award for two consecutive years (2013 and 2014).

Striving for work

Working in the field of education and training is always something glorious, but also fraught with hardship. While most university lecturers interact with only a hundred students, Professor Dinh Quang Hung's number reaches thousands. His work is fraught with difficulties and pressure. However, with a deep love for his profession, he readily undertakes key tasks in the school's training activities: scheduling timetables according to the registration preferences of all students, advising the Department's leadership on the school's training plans, university admissions, graduation assessment for regular university students, exam schedules, monitoring the academic year plan, and allocating reasonable timetables for students… Many times, this dedicated professional has had to think deeply about his work. He confided:"To me, students are like younger siblings who follow in my footsteps. In a large environment like university, besides studying, they are also busy with other activities. Sometimes, some students need advice and support to improve their academic performance. I always want to contribute to their growth and development."

Always dedicated and learning

Each time he receives the "Outstanding Young Person" award, Mr. Hung feels the need to strive even harder in his profession. Although he holds a Master's degree in Psychology, his main job involves educational management. Furthermore, working far from his family, he lacks the warm and close affection of loved ones. There are times when he feels that his work is his only purpose in life. Perhaps that love for his family is always intertwined with his desire to contribute, allowing him to successfully complete the tasks assigned to him."In my work in training, especially credit-based training, the things I do have a direct impact on students. Therefore, if I didn't love my job, didn't consider things carefully, and didn't learn, the effectiveness of my work would certainly never be high."The teacher confided in me.
