Japanese Studies: Interdisciplinary Orientation in Area Studies

Japanese Studies - one of the most attractive majors at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities - has officially become an independent major in the 2019 enrollment season. No longer a major under Oriental Studies, graduates of this major will receive a bachelor's degree in Japanese Studies. This not only helps graduates easily access jobs suitable for their majors, but also creates an opportunity for the University's Japanese Studies major to develop strongly and integrate more deeply with regional and world Japanese Studies.
