Saturday - April 18, 2020 04:32
From April 17, 2020, the preparation and implementation of the second round of gift distribution for Humanities students in Hanoi has been carried out. It is expected that nearly 600 gifts will be distributed over the two weekends. While the first round witnessed the participation of mainly student volunteers as shippers, in this round, 40 teachers and young staff have registered to participate in this meaningful activity.

"Magnificent" gifts from benefactors at the lobby of building E to prepare for nearly 600 fruit packages

The School Union is the focal point for fundraising activities as well as logistical preparations.

Young lecturers and staff are the core of the second gift-giving round.

Equipment is fully mobilized for preparation work with a large amount of goods.

Despite the Covid epidemic, joy is seen everywhere through face masks

Teachers who don't work as shippers should stay home and work as... porters.

Because the number of gifts from organizations and individuals is quite diverse in types, the job of the logistics department is to calculate and balance the quantity to ensure that the gift package includes enough essential foods.

Mr. Nguyen Van Hong (Training Department) and Ms. Vu Thi Nga (Cooperation and Development Department) are two of the volunteers this morning: even when delivering goods, you have to be stylish and stand out!

Both teachers are named Huong from the Department of Cooperation and Development. Student Truong Ngoc Anh shared: "Speechless! HUMANITIES NUMBER 2NO ONE NUMBER 1! Last night, Ms. Huong texted me, I was so excited that I couldn't sleep for 2 hours, I didn't put on airplane mode because I was afraid she would call... I woke up at 9am, the first thing I did was ask the "cow team" at school if she had left yet. Then she called and said "I'll be there in 10 minutes! Waiting is happiness!"... I immediately ran down to the alley to pick her up and met a teacher with a lot of red bags hanging all over his car + a "very professional" bag of rice... He was definitely a VIP shipper at my school, no doubt... It turned out that he was shipping for the Public Relations person across from my house, seeing him looking around for students was both pitiful and funny. There! That's how teachers at my school are dedicated to their shipping career! They personally wrap gifts and personally ship to students! Where can I put all my love?"

Mr. Nguyen Son Minh and Mr. Tran Xuan Song of the Institute of Journalism and Communication. "Teachers ship during the pandemic, ship the whole world - ship their hearts" - the lovely slogan of a Humanities lecturer.

"Smiling eyes" - Ms. Mai Mai (Cooperation and Development Department): "Students#USSHHave you received all the gifts you registered with the school? Today I just joined the non-professional shipper team of the University of Humanities. It's been a long time since I've seen the students, even though they were wearing masks and gloves, I could only look at each other and exchange love, but I've been excited and excited since yesterday, so I can say I'm a little bit satisfied with my longing. The teachers and volunteer students are all working very hard, carefully wrapping each nest of eggs and wrapping each gift bag to bring to you. Eat, sleep, and study well, and wait for the day the flowers bloom so we can meet again!"

Ms. Lu Thi Thanh Le (lecturer of the Faculty of Literature) and Ms. Cam Thanh (lecturer of the Faculty of Management Science): two beautiful and enthusiastic shippers of Nhan Van

Mr. Dang Hoang Giang (lecturer of Vietnamese Studies and Language Faculty)

The gifts were shown off by the students online. It can be seen that compared to the previous batch, the gifts are more abundant in quantity and variety, proportional to the increasingly abundant support from benefactors.

Buses still depart regularly to "No Humanities student is left behind!"
