Accordingly, the 2020 enrollment plan of Hanoi National University includes: (1) Direct admission for candidates who meet the criteria prescribed by the Ministry of Education and Training and Hanoi National University; (2) Admission based on the results of the Hanoi National University's capacity assessment test and (3) Admission based on candidate profiles.
The exam of VNU tests the basic abilities of candidates including:
- (1) Math (90 minutes)
- (2) Essay writing (60 minutes)
- (3) Foreign language (60 minutes)
- (4) Natural Sciences or Social Sciences (60 minutes)
Estimated time of the exam: ENDJULY 2020 BEFORE HIGH SCHOOL EXAM.
Except for the written essay, the exams are multiple-choice, paper-based, on a 100-point scale.
Training units under VNU use the results of 3 or 4 exam components to consider admission to training programs.
The admission combination for each training major, detailed requirements for the exam and registration procedures will be announced before May 10, 2020..
Candidates register online for entrance exam to VNU from June 1, 2020.
VNU only organizes exams in Hanoi and coordinates with universities to create exam questions, grade exams and consider admission to regular universities.
