According to Dr. Le Thi Thanh Tam, the transition from traditional teaching and learning to online teaching and learning is a whole process.

She is committed to standing alongside the students and working together to overcome this difficult time.

She further shared that teaching Vietnamese to foreign students is already difficult, but teaching it online is even more challenging because the nature of this field of study requires a lot of interaction between students and instructors.

On average, an online teaching session lasts 100 minutes, but it often has to go on longer.

She also prepared visual aids for each topic to help the students understand better.

During breaks between teaching sessions, she always maintained an optimistic spirit and believed that the time to return to the classroom would come soon.

Besides teaching her students, she also has a younger student who always cares about her: her own little daughter.

Ms. Tam is just one of many lecturers at Vietnam National University, Hanoi who are striving every day, using various methods, to help their students have the most convenient and effective online learning experience.
