University of Social Sciences and Humanities - VNU Hanoi

On the occasion of the 120th anniversary of its formation and development, Professor Phung Huu Phu – former Standing Deputy Secretary of the Hanoi City Party Committee, former Chairman of the Hanoi City People's Council, former Secretary of the Party Committee of Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU), and former Rector of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities – shared profound insights into the historical journey, identity, and mission of Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU). Having gone through many stages with different names, VNU is not only an educational institution but also a continuous flow of knowledge, a place that fosters excellence and is closely linked to the destiny of the nation.

Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU) has issued a decision approving the logo commemorating its 120th anniversary, marking a fundamental step in the identification and communication efforts for the series of commemorative activities to be held in 2026. The logo was designed by the School of Interdisciplinary Sciences and Arts, VNU.
