This is the content of the inter-university scientific conference with the theme: “Identifying and combating the peaceful evolution plot of hostile forces in the current period,” held on April 17, 2026, organized by Hong Duc University in collaboration with the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU Hanoi (with the Faculty of Politics and International Studies as the focal point).

The national scientific conference with the theme "Connecting and promoting the cultural values ​​and resources of Phu Tho province to serve tourism and socio-economic development in the new era" was held on April 10, 2026 at Hung Vuong University with the participation of numerous scientists, experts, managers, and representatives from training institutions nationwide.

In the context of Vietnam's accelerated reforms of the state apparatus, digital transformation, green transformation, and deep international integration, the need for a workforce capable of planning, implementing, and evaluating policies is becoming increasingly urgent. The scientific seminar "Training and Career Opportunities for Human Resources in Public Policy, Public Management, and Global Management" took place on the morning of April 9, 2026, organized by the Faculty of Politics and International Studies - University of Social Sciences and Humanities.
