During the working visit of the Central Theoretical Council's delegation to Soc Trang and Ca Mau provinces from December 6-8, 2023, Associate Professor Dr. Lai Quoc Khanh - Vice Rector of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi, and member of the Central Theoretical Council - made many important contributions to the building and development of culture and people in these localities.

On the afternoon of November 27, 2023, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU-USSH) signed a science and technology research project contract titled "Compilation of the Nam Dinh Gazetteer" with the People's Committee of Nam Dinh province.
