This was the statement made by representatives of the leadership of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU-USSH) at the scholarship awarding ceremony of the Korea Foundation (KF) for VNU-USSH students held on December 12, 2024 in Hanoi.

Many initiatives for cooperation and support for students and faculty of Korean Studies at VNU-USSH were discussed and agreed upon during the working session between the university's leadership and representatives of the Korea Foundation.

On May 9th, Professor Hoang Anh Tuan, Rector of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU-USSH), held a meeting and working session with the Ambassador of South Korea.

The University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi, highly values ​​its strategic cooperation with South Korea in the fields of training, scientific research, and knowledge transfer in the social sciences and humanities.

On the afternoon of May 9, 2023, students from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi, had the honor of welcoming and interacting with Ms. Oh Youngju, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Korea to Vietnam.

On February 18, 2021, Professor Hoang Anh Tuan (Vice Rector in charge of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities) received Mr. Jaejin Choi, the new Chief Representative of the Korea Foundation in Vietnam.
