At the meeting, Prof. Dr. Hoang Anh Tuan shared with Mr. Jeajin Choi about the cooperation between the University of Social Sciences and Humanities and the Korea Foundation over the years, especially in the implementation of Korean Studies training. With the support of the Korea Foundation, the Korean Studies major has always been invested in and developed and since 2020 has officially enrolled students with an independent major code. In the coming time, the University hopes to continue to receive the Foundation's support in promoting Korean Studies as well as Social Sciences and Humanities in general.
In response, Mr. Jaejin Choi highly appreciated the efforts of the School in building and developing the undergraduate training program and the staff and lecturers of the Korean Studies major. In the coming time, the Korea Foundation is committed to continuing to cooperate to improve the facilities of the school's lecture halls and Korean Studies rooms, create a bridge for Korean experts to teach, support the publication of scientific publications and organize events on Korean culture at the School.
