1. Eligible participants:

• Operators of domestic and international tourism need to be licensed.
• College and university students who aspire to work in domestic or international tourism management.
• Other groups with needs

4. Exam registration form

- Two portrait photos (4cm x 6cm)

- 01 copy of ID card

- 1 copy of birth certificate

- 01 application form (according to template)

6. Exam format:

- Theoretical part: 150 minutes (multiple-choice test: 75 minutes, essay test: 75 minutes)

- Practical session: 90 minutes (including 80 minutes of computer-based practice and presentation, and 10 minutes for answering questions)

7. Certificate:Issued by the University of Social Sciences and Humanities - Vietnam National University, Hanoi, in accordance with the regulations of the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism.
8. Estimated study time:3 sessions/5 sessions/10 sessions depending on the student's entry level.
