On May 25, 2010, the Rector of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities signed decisions appointing the heads of the Departments of Tourism Studies, Management Science, and Literature.- Decision No. 846/QD-XHNV-TC on the appointment of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tran Thi Minh Hoa as Head of the Faculty of Tourism Studies, term 2010-2015. - Decision No. 848/QD-XHNV-TC on the appointment of Dr. Tran Van Hai as Head of the Faculty of Management Science, term 2010-2015. - Decision No. 849/QD-XHNV-TC on the temporary appointment of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Doan Duc Phuong as Head of the Faculty of Literature, term 2010-2015.
