- Regular university programs (standard curriculum) and common subjects of international standard programs: 64,000 VND/credit
- Regular university programs with internationally recognized standards (for individual courses): 82,000 VND/credit
- University-based part-time study program offered on campus: 300,000 VND/month
- Part-time university programs offered locally: 350,000 VND – 380,000 VND/month
- Postgraduate training: 270,000 VND/month
- Postgraduate training at international standards: 400,000 VND/month
- Doctoral training: 330,000 VND/month
- Doctoral training program at international standards: 500,000 VND/month
- Full-time university training (for foreigners): 4,800 USD/course
- Doctoral training for foreign students who already hold a master's degree: US$2,310/course
- Training foreign PhD students: 3,200 USD/course
- Doctoral training for foreign students without a master's degree: US$4,560/course
- Fee rates:
- Admission fees for regular undergraduate and postgraduate programs are implemented according to the regulations of Hanoi National University.
- University admission fees for part-time study programs are based on actual costs.
- Enrollment fees for all programs (health check-ups, ID card issuance, etc.) are based on actual expenses.
- Recruitment fees for staff are in accordance with the regulations of Vietnam National University, Hanoi and the State.
- Other sources of income:
- Tuition fees for supplementary courses: Collected based on the actual costs of each course.
- Tuition fees for short-term courses: Charged based on the actual costs of each course.
- Tuition fees for international joint training programs: Collected according to the agreement with the partner.
- Tuition fee for double major: 225,000 VND/credit
- Revenue from transportation services: 100,000,000 VND/year
- Revenue from canteen services: VND 117,380,000/year
- Revenue for the science fund is generated from service contracts for carrying out research projects and topics, as stipulated in the University's regulations.
- Tuition fee waivers and reductions:
- Tuition fees were waived for 772 students, including children of war invalids, ethnic minorities from mountainous regions, and students with disabilities.
- Tuition fees waived for 310 students in the teacher training program.
- Tuition fees waived for 80 students majoring in Marxism-Leninism.
- A 50% tuition fee reduction will be granted to 540 students from impoverished households and children of officials who suffered work-related accidents and are receiving regular allowances.
