On January 10, 2012, Professor Dr. Nguyen Van Khanh – Rector of the University – signed decisions reappointing Dr. Tran Thu Huong and MSc. Nguyen Van Luot (lecturers in the Psychology Department) as Vice Deans of the Psychology Department for the term 2011-2016. On the same day, the Rector also signed decisions reappointing Dr. Nguyen Thi Thu Ha and Dr. Trinh Van Tung as Vice Deans of the Sociology Department for the term 2011-2016. On January 11, 2012, Professor Dr. Nguyen Van Khanh signed a decision appointing MSc. Pham Tien Toan (lecturer in the Information and Library Science Department) as Vice Dean of the Information and Library Science Department, for a term concurrent with that of the Dean.
