Preparing to welcome the Lunar New Year 2012, the School announces the working and Tet holiday plans for staff and students as follows:Teaching staff and students will be off from January 16, 2012 (December 23, Tan Mao year) to January 29, 2012 (January 7, Nham Thin year). Students and teaching staff who are on exam duty and invigilators (on January 16, 2012) will have Tet holiday after completing their duties. Administrative staff will be off from January 21, 2012 (December 28, Tan Mao year) to January 29, 2012; they will make up for it on February 4, 2012 (Saturday). In addition, the University will also organize activities to celebrate Tet: - Organize a meeting to celebrate Tet with retired cadres at 8:30 a.m. on January 12, 2012 (ie December 19, Tan Mao year) at the 8th floor Hall, Building E. - Coordinate with the University of Natural Sciences to organize a conference to summarize the work of 2011 and a meeting to celebrate Tet with agencies, units and localities at 9:00 a.m. on January 13, 2012 (ie December 20, Tan Mao year) at Room 506, Building E, University of Social Sciences and Humanities. - University leaders visit and wish Tet to the families and retired comrades who are former Presidents and Party Committee Secretaries of Hanoi National University. - Organize incense offering at the Temple of Literature and Mia Pagoda, Va Temple (Son Tay - Hanoi) at 9:00 a.m. on January 26, 2012 (ie the 4th day of the Lunar New Year). Invite all staff to attend. To ensure safety and fire prevention, please note that at the end of working hours on January 20, 2012, all units must seal their offices and filing cabinets. Each unit will appoint a permanent staff member to facilitate communication and report the list, address, and phone number to the school through the Administration - Management Department.
