1. Conditions for transfer considerationIn accordance with Article 28 of the Regulations on Postgraduate Training at Vietnam National University, Hanoi – issued under Decision No. 1555/QD-DHQGHN dated May 25, 2011 by the Director of Vietnam National University, Hanoi.NoteStudents graduating from the high-quality training program and the internationally accredited training program of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU Hanoi, will receive 1 point added to their advanced and supplementary courses. This additional point will be included in their cumulative GPA.2. The application for student transfer includes:(Each student must submit two sets of documents)

• Summary table of conditions for transfer of birth and application for transfer of birth (according to template);
• Certified copies of university diploma and transcript.or a graduation certificate if the diploma has not yet been issued.);
• The thesis evaluation record clearly states that the committee unanimously agreed to allow the student to continue their studies, and the supervisor's comments clearly state that the supervisor agreed to allow the student to continue their studies;
• Notarized copy of Foreign Language Certificate (Issued by the National University);
• Research outlines and scientific works, articles published in specialized journals (For applicants applying for postgraduate studies);
• Resume;
• Three 3x4 photos and three stamped envelopes with clearly written addresses;
• Health certificate from a general hospital (within 6 months.
