On February 17, 2012, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities held a meeting on undergraduate training, chaired by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Van Kim – Vice Rector of the University.
On February 17, 2012, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities held a meeting on undergraduate training, chaired by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Van Kim – Vice Rector of the University.The meeting focused on the following issues: course registration for the second semester of the 2011-2012 academic year; course management for the second semester; implementation of teaching using the course website; implementation of exam scheduling for the second semester of the 2011-2012 academic year; implementation of timetables for the summer semester of 2012 and the first semester of the 2012-2013 academic year; and the use of training management software. In addition, unit leaders exchanged and provided feedback on the content of the "Guidelines on testing and evaluation in full-time undergraduate training." The unit's feedback focuses on issues such as: exam question design, subject grading systems and weighting… It is expected that on February 22, 2012, the University will issue guidelines on testing and evaluation in full-time undergraduate training and begin applying them from the second semester of the 2011-2012 academic year. Lecturers and students should note that for 7-week courses in this semester, the weighting of regular coursework scores should not exceed 10% of the total course grade.
