The Southeast Asian Ministers of Education Organization Regional Centre for Archaeology and Fine Arts (SEAMEO SPAFA) is a regional educational organization specializing in archaeology and fine arts, established by the Council of Ministers of Education of the countries in the region, with the aim of strengthening cooperation among member countries and developing the region's cultural heritage through education, research, and professional services.
With the aim of strengthening and further expanding cooperation with organizations in the region, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities plans to organize the annual, rotating meeting of SEAMEO SPAFA, details as follows:
1. Time and location of the event:- Expected dates: September 12-14, 2023
- Location: University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi
2. Organizational structure:Live in the auditorium combined with online participation.
3. Participants:Foreign delegates: 16, expected to include the current SPAFA Coordinating Committee and representatives from 8 member countries;
Vietnam: Representatives from the Ministry of Education and Training, representatives from the Board of Directors of Hanoi National University; representatives from the Institute of Archaeology and teachers, researchers inside and outside Hanoi National University who are interested in the fields of history, archaeology, and fine arts.
