1. Ingredients:
For staff:All faculty and staff of the school attended the Opening Ceremony.
+ Representatives from the leadership of various units attended the "Taking Flight 2023" cultural gala to welcome new students of the QH-2023-X cohort.
+ Faculty and staff attended the "Taking Flight 2023" Gala to welcome new students of the 2023-X cohort and other activities of the Student Festival.
For students:
Students attending the Opening Ceremony+ Class officers, Youth Union and Student Association members, and students with outstanding achievements who received awards from the QH-2020-X, QH-2021-X, and QH-2022-X cohorts.
+ For the QH-2020-X and QH-2021-X cohorts: each cohort will send 15-20 students.
+ Cohort QH-2022-X: 35-40 students.
+ Students from the Specialized High School for Social Sciences and Humanities: 20 students.
+ All students of the QH-2023-X cohort.
Students participate in activities at the Student Day event.+ All students of the University participated in the "Taking Flight 2023" cultural gala and other activities during the Student Festival.
2. Time and location:Sunday, September 24, 2023
8:00 AM:Opening ceremony at the courtyard of building E.
(Registration for the opening ceremony starts at 8:00 AM in the lobby on the first floor of building E; students should arrive at 7:45 AM to prepare for the ceremony).
10:30 AM - 4:30 PM:Humanities Clubs' Day at the AB and E Campus
6:30 PM - 9:30 PM:The "Taking Flight 2023" cultural gala welcomes new students of the QH-2023-X cohort.
3. Dress code requirements:- Faculty and staff: Women should wear traditional Vietnamese ao dai; men should wear light-colored shirts and dark-colored trousers.
- Students: dress neatly and politely.
We kindly request that the Heads of Units inform faculty members and students to attend the Opening Ceremony and the activities of the Student Festival for the 2023-2024 academic year according to the plan outlined above.
