Introducing the M.FITNESS competition round.

The M.FITNESS competition will be an opportunity for contestants to understand their own bodies, providing motivation and experiences to improve their physical health and showcase their own physical beauty. This will be a platform for students to confidently express themselves, unleash their creativity, and spread a positive, healthy, and dynamic lifestyle.
The M.FITNESS competition will include the following:
- Training and Body Release Activities: Practice Yoga with a professional instructor.
- Physical fitness challenge: Push your limits with a series of consecutive challenges.
- Leading the lifestyle: Your personal voice on today's healthy lifestyle.
The Yoga Training and Release activity will take place on December 2nd, 2023 at California Fitness & Yoga - Royal City branch, with the following brief content. Participants will be introduced to and guided through the movements in the Physical Fitness Challenge. They will also participate in a Yoga Gentle Session with Yogi Ngo Thi Thuy Linh to release tension, stretch muscles, and improve flexibility. This part of the competition will also provide participants with the opportunity to learn about new yoga poses and how to practice yoga correctly, effectively, and safely.
In addition to the training session on December 9th at California Fitness & Yoga - Royal City branch, the Physical Fitness Challenge will take place. In this round, contestants will perform four consecutive physical challenges: jump squats, sit-ups, jump rope, and burpees with a Bosu ball. This is an opportunity for contestants to push their limits, overcome physical obstacles, and demonstrate the enthusiasm and willingness to overcome difficulties of the young generation of Vietnam.
Alongside this, the Leading the Lifestyle Round will take place from December 5th to December 12th, 2023. Eight groups, divided by a draw at the meeting, will create a video on the topic: “What do you think about a healthy lifestyle? Is it eating clean, drinking clean, exercising, or thinking positively…? Is a healthy lifestyle perhaps a balanced lifestyle between physical and mental well-being that everyone is striving for? As a lifestyle increasingly favored and appreciated, are you living a “healthy lifestyle”?”
This segment provides a platform for contestants to express their views on various aspects, perspectives, and lifestyles of the contemporary youth generation. Showcase your personality and lifestyle through the "Leading the Lifestyle" segment!
