In accordance with Official Letter No. 638-CV/BTGDVTU dated September 17, 2025, from the Hanoi City Party Committee regarding the adjustment and supplementation of the contents of Guidance No. 18-HD/BTGDVTU dated July 23, 2025, on organizing the collection and compilation of feedback on the draft documents to be submitted to the 14th National Congress of the Party, Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU-Hanoi) is organizing a conference to gather feedback on the draft documents, aiming to promote the dedication, responsibility, and intellect of VNU-Hanoi scientists in contributing to the country's development policies and strategies in the new period.

2. Location:Room 304, Building E, Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU Hanoi, 336 Nguyen Trai Street, Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi.
3. Ingredients:3.1. Guests: Central Committee for Policy and Strategy, Central Committee for Propaganda and Mass Mobilization, National Assembly's Committee on Culture and Society, Central Theoretical Council, Ministry of Science and Technology, Ministry of Education and Training, Hanoi City Party Committee.
3.2. Participants from Vietnam National University, Hanoi:
- The Standing Committee of the Party Committee and the Board of Directors of Vietnam National University, Hanoi;
